Northwest Colorado Health Names New CEO

The Board of Directors of Northwest Colorado Health has announced the promotion of Stephanie Einfeld to the position of chief executive officer.  She replaces Lisa Brown who served as CEO for the past seven years.  Einfeld has been with the organization since 2013 serving as revenue cycle manager and director of performance improvement.

Northwest Colorado Health (formerly Northwest Colorado Visiting Nurse Association) was established in 1964 as a Home Health and Public Health agency in Routt and Moffat counties.   It has since expanded its services to include primary care at health centers in Steamboat Springs and Craig,  and established public health programs and home health and hospice services in Routt, Moffat, Grant and Jackson counties.
