CVS, Aetna Go Before Congressional Subcommittee

Leadership and counsel from CVS and Aetna went before the House Judiciary Regulatory Reform, Commercial and Antitrust Law subcommittee on February 27 to answer questions with regard to the proposed merger of the two corporations.

Following regulatory and shareholder approvals of the merger, the $69 billion deal is expected to close in the second half of this year.
