New Head at Colorado Mental Health Institute

The Colorado Mental Health Institute in Pueblo has a new chief executive.  The Colorado Department of Human Services announced the appointment of Jill Marshall to the top position.  She comes to Colorado from the executive director role at the New Mexico intermediate center for the disabled.

Marshall takes over the position from interim-superintendent Teresa Bernal who has been serving in the position since the resignation last June of Ron Hale following a failed staffing inspection by the Colorado Department of Public Health and Environment.   She will begin her new duties on March 26.
