New Status for Rose Integrated Health Network

As of January 1, 2018, Rose Integrated Health Network (RIHN) has been fully acquired by HealthONE, its former partner.  It will now go under the name of HealthONE Colorado Care Partners.   Its board of directors chose to integrate with HealthONE  to take advantage of the larger organization’s resources to enhance its value-based care objectives.

RIHN was formed in 2015 as a for-profit subsidiary of Rose Medical Group.  It’s intent was to organize RMG’s primary care physicians and their practices around value-based care objectives and ACO contract requirements.
