Governor’s Race – How Each Candidate Stands on Health Care

The Colorado governor’s race, to replace term-limited Gov. John Hickenlooper, will pit Republican candidate Walker Stapleton against Democratic candidate Jared Polis.

The two candidates reflect the more extreme wings of their parties on issues facing the state than the more moderate positions of the current administration.   Polis, a liberal Democrat, is a five-term Boulder Congressman.  Stapleton, a conservative Republican, is the two-term State Treasurer of Colorado.  Read their positions on healthcare issues in the attached links.
