Children’s Hospital Colorado in Top Ten Nationally

U.S. News & World Report is out with its annual ranking of hospitals for children from around the country.  Children’s Hospital Colorado has been ranked in the No. 9 position in the 12th edition of “Best Children’s Hospitals”.   This prestigious ranking recognized Children’s Hospital Colorado as a top performer across all specialties.

U.S. News reviewed 189 children’s hospitals as part of the 2018 survey.  Ten specialties were analyzed to come up with the rankings.  Of those 189, 86 hospitals were ranked among the top 50 in at least one specialty.  Children’s Hospital Colorado was ranked among the top 50 in ten specialties and  among the top 10 in five specialties:  Cancer at No. 8;  Diabetes & Endocrinology at N0. 7;  Gastroenterology & GI Surgery at No. 7;  Neonatology at No. 4;  and  Pulmonology at No. 7.
