Denver Hospice Expands Program with Daniels Fund Grant

The Denver Hospice has received a $150,000 grant from the Daniels Fund to expand its disease-specific Palliative Care at Home program under the hospice’s Optio Health Services division.

The new funding will expand care options with uniquely tailored programs that meet the disease-specific need of each patient.  The tailored, care program can be provided in-home or at a variety of residential care facility based on the location of the patient needing the service.
