InnovAge Reaches Growth Milestone

With the recent acquisition of two PACE centers in Virginia plus the late summer acquisition of four centers in Philadelphia, InnovAge has become the largest provider of PACE services in the nation.  In March of 2016, InnovAge received approval from the Colorado Attorney General to convert to a for-profit company from it former nonprofit status.

PACE (Program of All-Inclusive Care) programs are an alternative to traditional nursing homes for seniors.   They emphasize  serving seniors in the least restrictive environment possible based on their physical and mental condition.    InnovAge offers a full range of day care and medical services to its clients and provides the necessary transportation component for clients as well.   Ninety percent of PACE participants are Medicare and Medicaid eligible.
