Rehabilitation Hospital Welcomes New CEO

Northern Colorado Rehabilitation Hospital in Johnstown has announced that Brenda Simon will be the facility’s next chief executive officer.   Simon comes to the organization from parent company Ernest Health in Long Beach, CA.   A registered occupational therapist, she has been the national director of therapy operations for Ernest Health for the last five years.

Northern Colorado Rehabilitation Hospital is a 40-bed free-standing, rehabilitation hospital serving the recovery needs of patients with injuries, illnesses, and chronic medical conditions.  It was the first Colorado rehabilitation hospital to be designated by the Colorado Department of Public Health and Environment as a Rehabilitation Hospital Stroke Center.  It has also consistently been recognized as a Stroke Center of Excellence by The Joint Commission.
